Nimona is a monster, or is she? She is certainly a shapeshifter who wants to cause trouble. When she teams up with notorious villain, Ballister Blackheart, it looks like the kingdom could be in for some unwanted mischief. The targets of their mischief are Sir Ambrosius Goldenloin and the Institution of Law Enforcement and Heroics. Medieval story elements combine with futuristic weapons and gadgets to make for an exciting, if sometimes violent, adventure. Mystery surrounds the character of Nimona. As we learn of her background and her extraordinary powers, we begin to wonder if there is something more sinister at work here.
